Dr.
Marc S. Werner - Dr. Werner received his undergraduate program
from Brown University and his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins
University School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology
residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and followed
this with Fellowships at The University of Minnesota and Manhattan
Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. He is board-certified and is on
staff at Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat
Hospital, and Winthrop Hospital.

Dr.
Benjamin Chang - Dr. Chang received his bachelor's degree from
Harvard University and his MD from UCLA. He completed his ophthalmology
residency at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, where he also
served as Chief Resident. This was followed by a 2-year fellowship
at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital.
Dr. Chang has authored numerous articles and book chapters in
ophthalmology, and is co-editor of the widely referenced Wills
Eye Manual. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology
and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Harry Briffel is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry (1972). He has been a LASIK eye doctor at New York Stahl Eye Associates since 1985. His 14 years of practicing alongside the ophthalmological staff have made him uniquely capable of blending the visual and surgical treatment of his patients. Having also Co-managed more than 5,000 refractive surgery patients, his experience and expertise offer a wonderful service for those who desire laser vision correction.

Dr.
Thierry J. Hufnagel - Dr. Hufnagel is a cornea-trained, board-certified
ophthalmologist. He is a graduate of UCLA, Yale and Johns Hopkins
Universities. Dr. Hufnagel has been recognized as a VISX STAR,
an award granted only to the leading excimer laser surgeons in
the United States. Dr. Hufnagel has participated in an FDA-sponsored
investigation for LASIK surgery. His pioneering involvement with
excimer lasers dates back to 1987 with published studies on the
pathological aspects of laser surgery applied to the cornea. To
date, he has performed several thousand laser vision correction
procedures and tailors all surgeries to each patient's individual
needs. He is an instructor in IntraLASE™ bladeless LASIK surgical technique and actively teaches LASIK to other surgeons.

Dr. Elias Aliprandis is a Fellowship-trained corneal specialist who received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD and received his Fellowship training in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL. For his outstanding research while at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Aliprandis received the first-place Mitchell prize for resident research. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Aliprandis is certified to perform all refractive procedures offered by Stahl Eye Center.
